The club balcony suite is a balcony cabin with a slightly bigger bathroom. That's really all you get for the extra price and the word suite.
If you have the money and you can afford it, go for it. It's it's great, but from my experience in the Haven and my personal preferences, I cannot justify paying that money for that.
I will always say 100% do the two cruises with upgrades and not the one and splurge.
