Sun Princess, which was Princess Cruises first of it's new Sphere class series was launched after a few delays in early 2024, and we were on here 2nd ever sailing. Princess had originally envisaged a whole range of changes to the cruise offering, beyond just new class of ship, with Deck 19 offering Princesses first ever coaster at sea. As we all know now things didn't quite go to plan, and along with a huge change to deck 19, there was also several restaurant location changes and more.
