Holland American has also decided to cancel cruising well beyond the CDC no sail order and the CLIA recommendation. So check out our cruise news today for all that and more. As we see some cruise line reopening, Holland America has decided to continue their pause on cruising. Currently the CLIA has suspended cruising until October 31st, 2020. Holland Americas new estimated start date is December 15th, 2020. They are offering guests 125% FCC if you have paid in full or if you have partially paid you can receive double your deposit up to the base fare in FCC. The MSC Grandiosa and the MSC Magnifica will be sailing to ports in the Mediterranean. MSC cruise line updates their guidelines to ensure passenger, crew and local health. They will be following the EU Healthy Gateways Guidelines. A few major points is that they are sailing at 70% capacity, masks are required when you can't socially distance, and they will be taking temperatures. All this is to lower the risk of COVID19.
