We were on a transatlantic cruise on the QM2 in June 2022, and tried out the King's Court buffet restaurant daily. Cunard had many gluten-free options, seafood (even sushi), and very good food quality, though the selection is a bit limited. Dessert variety was quite plentiful, however. #cunard #queenmary2 #cruise
