Day 4 Cruise Vlog: Celebrity Ascent's first Day in Cozumel | Mexology Excursion, Dinner & Show

Join us for an unforgettable day aboard the Celebrity Ascent as we explore Cozumel, Mexico! Despite a late start to our Mexology Excursion, the Celebrity Ascent's shore excursion team impressed us with their helpfulness and relaxed attitude. Strolling through the vibrant port, we discovered an array of activities, from shopping to enjoying the lively atmosphere at Margaritaville. Our adventure continued as we embarked on a journey to Dolphinaris, a hotspot for Cozumel Cruise Ship Excursions. Amidst dolphin experiences, pools, restaurants, and bars, we opted for the ultimate Mixology Class, aptly named Mexologist. This fun-filled class treated us to a delightful session crafting signature cocktails, including our very own handmade guacamole, and savoring mixologist-created shots. After a rejuvenating time at Dolphinaris' pools, we returned onboard the Celebrity Ascent, indulging in a sumptuous buffet lunch and a refreshing nap. The day culminated in a culinary extravaganza at Tuscan Main Dining Room, where the handmade pasta stole the show! The evening soared to new heights with "Awaken," an unparalleled production show featuring exceptional music, talented singers, and dancers. The awe-inspiring Theatre aboard the Celebrity Ascent added a magical touch to the experience, making it an absolute must-see! Later, we ventured into the electrifying Metallic Night, dressed in our shimmering metallic attire. Initially planned for the Resort Deck, the festivities shifted to the Grand Plaza across Decks 3, 4, and 5, surprising us with an amazing performance by Uptown, the ship's headlining group.
