Hello and welcome to day 9 of our #waltdisneyworld holiday, where spend the first part of the day at Disney Springs before heading to #epcot for the last showing of EPCOT forever fireworks. Enjoy! Nice relaxing start to the day taking a walk up to the Riviera resort to sample the coffee and breakfasts at Primo Piatto, the quick service restaurant. Really tasty lemon blueberry pancakes before we catch the bus to Disney springs. Monday mornings are the best time to go if you like it quiet! We tried to go to Gideon's but the queue was over 1.5 hours, so we couldn't justify it. We'll get there later on in the trip though. We look through the offerings in world of Disney and the marketplace before picking up some new shoes in Sanuk. The custom painted designs they do there are amazing and a great way to get unique shoes. Then it was time for lunch, so I go some tasty BBQ at the Polite Pig. Very tasty brisket and mac and cheese. We then popped off #waltdisneyworld property for a stop at walgreens before heading back to the resort for a quite rest as we still weren't feeling 100%. But then it was time to head to EPCOT for some shopping and exploring of the world showcase pavilions. there are some great quiet spots here and something a little different. After a lap of the showcase we head to Test track and have a great ride before jumping on Spaceship Earth for our first ride on the trip. We then take another break and head back to the resort for a quick swim in an empty pool before heading back to Epcot for the evening. We managed to grab a virtual queue for Guardians when we got there in the afternoon and the return time was in the evening. We managed to see Magic Kingdom fireworks from the Skyliner too. Then it was time for our ride on Cosmic Rewind before catching the lights show on Spaceship earth and walking through Journey of water. This is absolutely beautiful at night so I definitely think you should do it if you get the chance. Please join us tomorrow for Disney springs and EPCOT again!
