Welcome to Day 2 on the Disney Fantasy during the Silver Anniversary at Sea! Disney Cruise Line is celebrating 25 years and we were lucky enough to be on the first Silver sailing on the Fantasy! Day 2 was a sea day, which means we did not dock at a port on this day, as the ship was traveling to our next stop on the itinerary. Sea days are a lot of fun with TONS of different activities taking place throughout the day to keep you entertained. We started our morning with a breakfast at Cabanas, then headed to the adults only pools and hot tubs for some relaxation. We also spent some time inside the ship meeting characters and playing trivia before our dinner at Animator's Palate. Dinner was very good overall and we always enjoy the Crush show that comes along with it. After, we went to the Shimmering Seas Soiree in the lobby atrium. This little event featured the Disney characters as well as our Cruise Director and Captain toasting to 25 years of Disney Cruise Line. They passed around some drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and it was really nice! The show in the Walt Disney Theater was Aladdin and we thought it was great. The Genie was amazing! Next, it was time to head to Deck 11 for an all-new fireworks show for the Silver Anniversary at Sea! The show was great and the music was so catchy!
