I assist my crew members in their day-to-day role by making sure that they have all the tools in which they need to work with

we're supposed to make sure that our crew is trained properly in order to carry out what they need to have done

the things that we do here is very special it's very unique truly I don't think you can get this experience from anywhere else

I train leaders that's my job is to train leaders I want train people to take my job cuz I'm not training you to take my job then I'm not effective leader
