Dominica was another new island to us that we visited on our recent Southern Caribbean Cruise on the Disney Magic. We took part in the Disney Cruise Line excursion, Trafalgar Falls, Titou Gorge, and Freshwater Lake. Our excursion started by taking a van up to our first stop, Trafalgar Falls. After a short hike, we reached the waterfalls and had several minutes to take photos and take in the beauty of both the Papa and Mama falls. After finishing our hike, it was back in the van and a short journey to our next stop, Titou Gorge. This was a refreshing swim through the gorge to a hidden waterfall at the end. A scene from Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead Man's Chest was also filmed at the gorge. Our last stop was at a freshwater lake. We weren't able to do any swimming; it was just for photos. We were also served rum punch at this stop. It was very pretty, but kind of boring compared to our other stops. We had a great time on this excursion, if you're able to experience Titou Gorge, we highly recommend it. It was an amazing experience!
