Today I'm sharing day one of our January Disney World trip! On this day, we traveled from Dallas to Orlando and were met with heavy rain upon arrival. We checked into our room, ate lunch at The Grand Floridian Café, and then bundled up in rain gear to brave Epcot for the evening. After a delicious dinner at Via Napoli, we rode a few rides, spent some time in the Japan pavilion (my favorite), and then found our way back to our warm hotel room.
