Disney Wish 3-Night Bahamas Cruise to Nassau & Castaway Cay 2025 - Day by Day

January 24 - 27, 2025 We're off to the Bahamas! Join us as my brother, sister, and I embark on Disney Cruise Line's shortest cruise itinerary offered in the US! It was also our first time ever sailing on the Disney Wish! A special thank you to our friend and travel agent Patty Schroeder for making this trip possible! The Wish cruise ship was delivered to DCL in the summer of 2022, making it one of the newest ships in the small but rapidly expanding DCL fleet. Based out of Port Canaveral, the Wish continuously services the 3 and 4 night cruise itineraries making stops at two Bahamian locations - Nassau & Castaway Cay. For our 3 night cruise there were NO SEA DAYS(!), which was definitely a new experience for us! In the month of January, the Wish's 3 night cruises begin on Fridays and end on Mondays, which is really nice for those who are looking to do a quick weekend getaway. Also a great itinerary to take if you don't have a lot of vacation days, or don't want the kids to miss too many days of school! *Day by Day Schedule:* - Port Canaveral, Florida - Nassau, Bahamas - Castaway Cay, Bahamas - Port Canaveral, Florida This sailing hosted ~3,500 guests. The approximate max capacity of the Disney Wish is around 4,000 passengers. All food pictured in this video were included in the base cruise fare (1923, Worlds of Marvel, and Arendelle). Our party was in main seating, which began at 5:45pm each night. The Disney Wish has recently been joined by its new sister ship the Disney Treasure in December 2024, and is soon to also be joined by the Disney Destiny in late 2025. Currently the Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish and Disney Treasure are all based out of Port Canaveral, while the Disney Dream is based out of Port Everglades in Ft Lauderdale. The Disney Magic seasonally travels between Galveston, Ft Lauderdale for 2025, while the Disney Wonder is finishing up its Australia and New Zealand and sailing across the Pacific back to Vancouver and San Diego. This summer, the Disney Fantasy will be sailing the European itineraries for its first time ever. Leave me a comment!
