It's Embarkation Day on the Celebrity Apex in Athens, Greece. This is the BRAND NEW SHIP from Celebrity Cruises. I arrive in Athens and immediately head to the Celebrity Apex for embarkation. The embarkation day process was smooth, but it did take a bit as COVID antigen testing was being done on every guest of the ship prior to boarding. I soon boarded this brand new ship and instantly fell in love. The Celebrity Apex was immediately my new favorite cruise ship. In this video we explore the Celebrity Apex in Athens, Greece and have dinner at one of its amazing restaurants. The Celebrity Apex is Celebrity Cruises' brand new luxury ship, currently sailing its inaugural season in Europe through the fall of 2021. I embarked on the cruise from Athens, Greece, and will be visiting Mykonos, Rhodes, Dubrovnik, and Santorini on the 7-day voyage. This is my fifth solo cruise.
