Enchilada Casserole / Easy Enchilada Recipe / Mexican Food Recipe

In this video, I am making an Enchilada Casserole. This is a very tasty meal for any family to enjoy. It has a cornbread base instead of tortillas. This puts a little spin on things. Your family will love this as does mine. You will need: Cornbread Bottom Layer: 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix 1/2 cup Sour Cream 1 Large Egg 1/2 cup of Black Beans (you can use corn) 2 tbsp. melted Butter 1 chopped Jalapeno Pepper (optional) 1/4 cup Enchilada Sauce (pour on once cornbread is cooked) Enchilada Layer: 1 pound Ground Meat or Shredded Chicken (use more for a meatier casserole) 1/2 cup Enchilada Sauce Shredded Cheese 1 chopped Onion 2 tbsp minced Garlic 1/2 PK of Taco Seasoning Need a casserole dish to make this recipe and many more?
