If you're visiting Everglades Holiday Park where the tour is located, you can see what to expect as well, plus some tips to get the most out of the trip. This particular tour bused us out of Port Everglades. Everglades Holiday Park was a family-friendly, fun & educational way to spend several hours in Fort Lauderdale if you're looking for something to do. We got to see many bird & animals including the osprey, snowy egret, purple gallinules, the great blue heron, and of course the American alligator. This was from January 2022 after our Holland America cruise on the Nieuw Statendam. The excursion included transfer to the FLL airport, and there was another tour that would take you to the Miami airport as well. You also have the option of return to the cruise port if you're on a back-to-back cruise.
