Although the location is amazing, the Grand Hotel in Sydney is, filthy, outdated and run-down facilities, noise disturbances, and misleading advertisements. The reviews really did not reflect the true state of the accommodation at the Grand Hotel Sydney. I'm sure it was once a gorgeous and grand hotel but now it is a thriving and lively pub with neglected accommodation. I personally can accept outdated but cannot accept the lack of cleanliness. There was no basin/sink in the toilet or bathroom, you had to return to your room to wash your hands.
