In less than a week, we will be taking our first Celebrity Cruise Lines sailing. Several friends have warned us that, once we get a taste of Celebrity, we'll never go back to Carnival. While that's highly unlikely (since I have 4 upcoming Carnival sailings on the books!), I am curious about what this experience has in store. Celebrity Apex is an Edge-class cruise ship from Celebrity Cruise Lines. Making her debut last year (instead of April 2020), she has received rave reviews.
