Creator's Key Takeaways
There is Uber service available in Juno. However, several times we've been there, there have been no rides available. So, very unreliable.
The city bus is $2 US each way. They do have transfer passes available and they only take exact change in dollar bills, so make sure you have that.
I highly recommend it. It's absolutely beautiful.

About our Bacon Score methodologyYouTube Video Descriptionโ
One of my favorite cruise ports in Alaska is Juneau, the capital city. The cruise port is located right downtown and there is so much to see and do in town. Since the town is located in a glacial valley along the Gastineau Channel, it is long narrow city with one main highway connecting downtown to the airport at the northern end. The city has a bus system that we use almost every time we port and have used the glacier shuttle bus once, and attempted Uber several times without success, and there are taxis available. This video will let you know how we get around town with just a short walk required. We invite you to LIKE this video and SUBSCRIBE to our channel for more discussions, tours, and our adventures.
