Christine walks you through the spacious gym onboard the Holland America Eurodam. There is lots of cardio equipment - various types of bikes, ellipticals, and treadmills, as well as weight machines, free weights, yoga/pilates equipment, plus they have classes for fitness (spin classes, etc). There is no cost to use the gym but hours may be limited on embarkation day and port days. Note: you are not allowed to run around the Promenade deck, so this will be your main source of fitness activities unless you walk (3 laps of the deck = 1 mile). They do have a personal trainer on site but there is a fee for this. Overall, the gym size was impressive considering it's one of the smaller cruise ships, with plenty of equipment for everyone and great views of the ocean, upcoming port in front of you.
