Holland America Food Dinner & Menus from Main Dining Room of MS Eurodam Caribbean Cruise (4K)

See what delicious food offerings Holland America provides for dinner at the main dining room (MDR) aboard the signature-class cruise ship the MS Eurodam. Most of the entrees, appetizers & desserts were of very high quality, just from our previous experience with HAL on the MS Amsterdam. This was a Caribbean cruise, and there were many island-inspired regional dishes. Overall we really enjoyed our dinner experiences aboard, especially the pair of Gala Dinners during dress-up nights. Some of our favorite dishes were: * Cheddar & Beer Soup (Callions, Cheese Twist) * Escargots Bourguignon * Orange-Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail * Foie Gras with Apple Tarte Tatin (Cassis Reduction) * Caribbean Chicken with Rum Butter Sauce (Pilaf Rice, Mushrooms) * Sesame Steak Salad (Romaine, Soy-Glzed Oyster Mushrooms) * Carne Asada (Grilled Steak, Black Beans, Guacamole, Warm Flour Tortillas) * Truffle Mushroom Risotto * Rack of Lamb with Cannellini Beans & Garlic Pearls * Maple-Lacquered Duck Breast * Surf & Turf (Lobster & Filet Mignon) * Spice-Brusted Prime Rib * Pan-Seared Rainbow Trout * Mango Cream Horn (Chocolate, Tropical Fruit Tartare, Ginger, Tahitian Vanilla) * Coconut Mille Feuille (Passion Fruit Sauce, Chocolate Ganache) * Tiramisu No Sugar Added These were from our December 2017 western Caribbean cruise on the Holland America Eurodam.
