Currently being utilized on Alaska and Caribbean cruises, the Nieuw Amsterdam is one of HAL's Signature-class ships. it has everything you need for a week or more of cruising. Live music on the Music Walk. Production shows and informative talks at the Mainstage. Two swimming pools with numerous hot tubs. Not to mention world class dining at any of the countless restaurants, both included and premium options. HAL offers cruising at a more relaxed pace than some other cruise lines. There are no water slides or hairy chest contest (thankfully). There are educational programs and cultural enrichment talks.
