The Venetian Las Vegas features a Vegas Must See attraction: the Grand Canal Shops. The Grand Canal shops are heavily themed after Venice, and have blue skies, gondolas, and even a nod to Saint Mark's Square. It's one of the most impressive shopping malls I've ever seen.
