In this video we go over this week's major cruise news, as well as look at what Caribbean cruising looks like now in 2020 as SeaDream Yacht Club has started up cruising in the Caribbean. In the latest cruise news, Carnival Corp got lucky as they were given a reprieve from a district judge in Florida. Carnival, which includes brands such as Princess Cruises and Holland America, will need to submit certifications for it's cruise ships 30 days before sailing. This is down from the 60 days originally requested. Princess Cruises has transferred 2 cruise ships, the Golden Princess and Star Princess to P & O Australia, several months earlier than planned. In positive news for Princess, the Enchanted Princess will be sailing once cruises start back up for Princess. Protests happened at cruise port terminals, as people and workers are hoping that the CDC wil lift the no sail order, as so many jobs are affected by the cruise shutdown. SeaDream Yacht Club has sailings in the Caribbean, sailing from Caribbean islands, rather than the USA. The luxury cruise ship, which SeaDream calls Yachting rather than cruising, looks like an amazing small ship experience.
