Love by Britto Review One of the new restaurants on the Sun Princess is Love by Britto. It's a seven course tasting menu themed around love. The great: Overall, I thought the menu was inventive and fun. The restaurant is beautiful with gorgeous wake views. The service is excellent. The cocktail and wine list complement the menu. My favorite course was the salad. The chef did a great job highlighting the vegetables with a well balanced vinaigrette and goat cheese. The chocolate lava cake was the best I've had. The mushroom soup was excellent. The tuna tartare was elevated by adding caviar. The misses: I think beef tenderloin and lobster was a boring choice for the main. The silverware has hearts stamped into it. This is a terrible idea for a spoon. The soup drains right out. Overall, I recommend it. I thought $79 per person was a fair price.
