About our Bacon Score methodologyYouTube Video Descriptionโ
We first sailed on Mariner of the Seas in 2018. At that time, the cruise ship had just returned from a major update. As part of that Royal Amplification, Mariner of the Seas received a number of new venues and amenities. Flash forward 4 years later, the ship looks and feels the same. Even if many of the โnewโ features are more commonplace across the Royal Caribbean fleet now. See for yourself as we take you deck-by deck in our Mariner of the Seas Ship Tour new for 2022. These include the Mariner Dunes mini-golf, Sports Court, Rock Climbing Wall, the Sky Pad bungee trampoline experience, the Perfect Storm waterslides, and the popular Flowrider surf simulator. The highlight of any cruise ship is the pool deck. Located in the center of deck 11, you will find two pools, 4 whirlpools, and plenty of loungers. Here, you can relax with a drink in hand, take a dip, or enjoy the live poolside music. Also, there are movies on the large screen above the pools, friendly competitions like the Sexiest Man and the Belly Flop contests, and parties like Dancing Under the Stars. Of course, there are also spots to grab food and drinks nearby like the Pool Bar and the Sky Lounge, the Arctic Zone to get your soft serve fix, and the Dog House for a midday snack. Unlike some other ships in the fleet, the Solarium on Mariner of the Seas is open-air above the pool. Here, you will also find the Solarium Bar, 2 whirlpools, and plenty of comfy furniture to relax away from the main pool area. -----DINING: MARINER OF THE SEAS CRUISE SHIP TOUR----- Mariner of the Seas has a variety of complimentary dining options. From the Dog House mentioned above to the Cafรฉ Promenade serving up snacks and pizza, to the popular Windjammer buffet, you will never go hungry. Of course, there is also the Main Dining Room. This complimentary 3-story venue serves upscale multi-course meals each evening. Deck 3 is for My Time Dining, while decks 4 and 5 are for Traditional Dining. On Mariner of the Seas, the early seating is 5:30 pm and the late seating is 8 pm. There are also a number of specialty restaurants. Cruisers will find the popular Chops Grille steakhouse as well as Jamie's Italian. Mariner of the Seas is also home to Izumi Sushi and Hibachi, Johnny Rockets, and Playmakers Sports Bar and Arcade. -----ENTERTAINMENT: MARINER OF THE SEAS CRUISE SHIP TOUR----- The Royal Theater hosts nightly entertainment, including production shows and headliner entertainers. It also hosts other activities during the cruise like the Love and Marriage show, movies, adult comedy shows, and more. The two production shows during our sailing were Center Stage and Gallery of Dreams. Studio B is another entertainment space on Royal Caribbean cruise ships. Your ice-skating rink at sea, Studio B is home to the signature ice show, Ice Under the Big Top. This venue also hosts complimentary free skate and laser tag at designated times during the cruise. Of course, there are also a variety of bars serving up your favorite drinks and live music. Our favorites include the Schooner Bar with martinis and live piano music, the Pub featuring an acoustic guitarist, and the tiki-inspired Bamboo Room. Other activities include an Escape Room, a Silent Disco, Promenade parties, the casino, and Adventure Ocean programming for the little ones. -----READ OUR MARINER OF THE SEAS CRUISESHIP TOUR------ https://eatsleepcruise.com/mariner-of-the-seas-cruise-review/ ------TRENDING VIDEOS FROM EAT SLEEP CRUISE------ Wonder of the Seas Cruise Review: https://youtu.be/payf3Z94_d4 Wonder of the Seas Ship Tour: https://youtu.be/wOLtYXMVpIY Top Things to Do Near Port Canaveral: https://youtu.be/M3u_tVgQCbA Make sure to SUBSCRIBE to our channel to get the latest cruise tips, cruise reviews, packing guides, port guides, travel tips, and more.
