The first accessibility issue to face on Deck 14 of the MSC Divina is even getting to the Aqua Park Pool area. There are no automatic doors in operation so one has to enter through two moderately heavy glass doors on the Sirene indoor pool area or two very heavy wooden doors between the buffet area and the Aqua Park. In either case, the mobility challenged guest will struggle to either pull or push and slide through over a raised door jamb and hope the door doesn't slam against your arm or your mobility device. Once past that door issue, all hot tubs and the Aqua Park Pool are ony accessible for those that are just mobility challenged and can walk/climb a few stairs or desire to go through the embarrassment of asking for staff to get one of the lifts to raise you up and into the pool or hot tub.
