While I cruised on MSC Virtuosa from Southampton in the UK, the weather was like being in the Caribbean and the cruise ship sparkled even more than normal! This video gives a complete ship tour and overview inside and out. It's a snapshot of all the different swimming pools on board as well as the aqua park / water slides and Himalayan Bridge high ropes course. Then it moves indoors to the games/sports hall/bowling alley as well as the dazzling Swarovski staircase atrium, LED dome and restaurants. I thought the food was excellent, and have a couple of favorite specialty restaurants to recommend - one's Hola Tacos and one's Indochine. Watch to see why! Then there's the entertainment, including the theatre (check out the great dancers in this video, and when I say great, I mean GREAT!) and live music. We've all been starved of live music since the start of the Covid19 pandemic and it was wonderful to finally have the chance to enjoy so much live music and to feel the beat in my bones! Most importantly this video also gives a sneak peek of my cabin and touches on the differences between pre-pandemic cruising and now - trust me, it did not stop me from having a great time and I always felt safe health-wise.
