Don't get me wrong, this was a great cruise experience overall! I truly enjoyed many aspects of the journey, from the beautiful views to the delicious food. However, after reflecting on my time onboard, I feel that MSC has LOTS to improve on in various areas to enhance the overall experience for future guests. There are certain services and amenities that could definitely be upgraded or refined to make the cruise even more enjoyable and memorable.
