We took advantage of the Mandara Spa, the NCL Gem Thermal Suite, and the NCL Gem premium restaurants Le Bistro, La Cucina, Moderno, and Cagneys Steakhouse. We loved our time on the NCL Gem with Norwegian Cruise Line. We did an 11 day cruise from New York City to Bermuda, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
