See the latest food (appetizers, main entrees & desserts) you'll experience on an NCL cruise at the main dining room (MDR) for lunch. We also tried out quite a few of the offerings to tell you how they taste. These were from the Taste & Savor main dining rooms on the Norwegian Joy in December 2019, but should be the same menu for the other NCL ships as well. In the past they did vary the selections, but it seems that it is now the same menu. Most of the time, lunch at the main dining room runs from 12 PM to 1:30 PM. If you get there 5 to 10 minutes before the main dining room opens, you can likely get a table by the window. Also note that like other cruise lines, Norwegian only offers lunch at the MDR on sea days. On port days the buffet would be the main destination for lunch. #ncl #norwegianjoy
