Royal Caribbean in the past would allow one guest to purchase the alcoholic beverage package and then the guest that's a non-drinker either because of medical reason or they just don't drink or just don't want it, they would allow them to get the deluxe beverage package which includes everything except alcohol.

So, effective August 1st of this year, um they're no longer allowing it.

It is actually a written rule that they will not make any exception.

All guests 21 and older, if you choose to get the drink package, everyone must get the drink package.
