It is a beautiful night and we are still pumped for just arriving at Disney so we decided to further explore our resort - Coronado Springs - and find the pools. There is one right next to our room in the Cabanas section and then there is the main big pool known as the Dig Site. We make our way back to the main building and hop the bus over to Disney Springs... and wow is it busy!!! It is a holiday weekend and a Saturday night and the place is packed!!! We make our way to the food trucks and this area is not so crazy. Food trucks at Disney Springs you ask???? YES! And the food was soo good!! Jason had a steak bowl and I had the taco combo of one steak and one fish... yummy!!!
