Having not sailed on #oasisoftheseas since 2018, this was an opportunity to check out the OG of the oasis class fleet for the first time since she received her royal amplification in 2019, and this time #solo. With additions like the #abyss dry slide, the Portside BBQ, and El Loco Fresh, there is lots to explore. Not to mention she is still one of the largest cruise ships in the world with no shortage of entertainment, dining and cool venues, including Studio B and the #Aquatheater. In this episode [recorded September 2023] I check out #cocoabeach when we port in #portcanaveral, check out the Port Side BBQ for the first time. As part of the nightime sail away, we left behind a large yet beautiful #lightning storm. For the evening, I attended Aqua80 in the Aqua Thrater however with the approacing hurricane there was too much movement and the show was cancelled part way through for the safety of the divers and #performers but the portion of the show that did proceed was excellent and you will see a portion of that here in this episode. Everyone who had #reservations, for the show was rescheduled to see the full show again on the last night of the cruise however, that would only be if #hurricanelee permits. In these episodes, we follow #hurricanelee through the Atlantic which creates some first time onboard experiences which you will see as these episodes continue!
