On May 18th the Ovation of the Seas made her inaugural visit to Hubbard Glacier. Sailing on a special 11 night Alaskan Glacier route this was one of 3 stops she would be making for her first and last time. Arriving to Disenchantment Bay in the early morning things were not looking good for the Ovation's visit. The cloud cover was low, the winds were high, and the rain was falling. As the morning continued though things cleared up for her to meet the glacier and by the time she was getting ready to depart in the late morning the skies were blue and sunny allowing guests some warmth to enjoy the glaciers by. While in the bay guests had plenty of time to see the views from every angle imaginable as she made several rotations. In this video you'll get to see all the different views the Ovation of the Seas has to offer from the Adult Solarium up high to the lifeboat deck on deck 5, and even Two70 in the back for the most unbeatable views you'll ever find from inside the warmth of a cruise ship.
