P&O 'ARCADIA' TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE - SAILS FROM SOUTHAMPTON TO WEYMOUTH BAY 12/04/22

At 18:00pm Tuesday 12th April 2022 P&O Cruises 'Arcadia' left her berth at the Mayflower Cruise Terminal to be taken out of service and to be put in a pause mode until at least July 5th 2022 as P&O Cruises had to cancel her current cruise itinerary for the time being due to the availability of crew and that the fact this covid problem has played a major part. She had just returned from her restart cruise when she left Southampton on the 27th March 2022. A total of 7 cruises were cancelled on the 'Arcadia' because P&O Cruises needed to move crew from 'Arcadia' to other ships in the fleet. The 'Arcadia' will be anchored in Weymouth Bay where she had spent a great deal of time before, she will most probably stay there until she is able to resume service once more.
