Polar Online - Locating Past Passenger Information

so just a quick lesson today on the importance of locating a guest on our database if you are looking to make a booking for them

it infuriates our guests if they haven't been added um to their booking their loyalty won't pull pull through their onboard credit might not pull through

if you don't find your guest by searching for them under their telephone number um with the normal UK format do have a look and see if actually it's been changed in format
