We attended the 2021 Pony Express Re-ride which works its way from Sacramento California, through Folsom California and on to Missouri. The route follows the historic Pony Express National Historic Trail and the route is operated by volunteer rides. You can get involved in this event and we have found 5 ways to get involved.
