Queen Elizabeth seen arriving at Southampton

Cunards latest ship Queen Elizabeth arrives at Southampton at last and berths into the Cruise Terminal berth 46 just after 9am opposite 44 berth where the Titanic sailed from. This video was filmed from across the water at Hythe nr southampton and the weather was a bit clammy and damp. Towards the end of the video you will notice an old tug which is a port tender called the Calshot which used to work in Southampton Docks. The Queen Elizabeth will be officially named buy her Majesty on Monday 11th Oct 2010 before sailing on her maiden cruise on Tues 12th Oct 2010.
