See what it is like on a Galley Tour of a Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship, in this case the Liberty of the Seas. This behind-the-scenes activity/excursion costs extra (for us it was $32 per person + 18% gratuity) and comes with a "bottomless brunch" of mimosas & sparkling wine. You can see the particular menu and food that was served to us. It was neat to see the kitchen of a mega-ship, and get an inside look at how all the delicious food are prepared and served to the guests. There are some interesting tidbits provided including how the ship handle food waste, storage, and putting together the entrees. This bottomless galley brunch was from our Febrary 2018 cruise aboard the RCCL Liberty OTS sailing out of Galveston on a Western Caribbean cruise.
