Royal Caribbean's Main Dining Room lunch, available only on sea days, is certainly one of the culinary highlights of its cruises. Aboard our recent cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas, this was no exception- maybe even better, in fact. Take a look at menus and food we saw and tasted at the MDR. Not only can you order entrees cooked to order from the kitchen via the menu, there is also a delightful buffet that offers much better quality than the food at the Windjammer cafe. Some of the best food we tasted from MDR lunch included: * Tutti Salad (we added shrimp, eggs, and other goodies to ours) * Sliced sirloin beef at the carving station (very juicy and tender) * Char-Grilled Palm Sugar Chicken * Mongolian Stir Fry station * Praline Chocolate Crunch * Big selection of various cakes & cookies We definitely recommend cruise guest eat at the main dining room for lunch (and dinner) over the buffet when possible, especially on the Enchantment.
