We are going back in time almost exactly a year to get on Royal Caribbean's Utopia of the Seas for a short four night sailing out of Port Canaveral. Before we head to the ship we check out our hotel, The AC Hotel Lake Buena Vista and grab a meal at the Michelin listed Four Flamingos restaurant.
