What an honor it is to be asked to recite a poem from this wonderful, wonderful presentation to honor us.

I wanted to take this opportunity to remind all of us that many who serve some in this room bring physical and mental scars uh home with us.

In Flanders fields, the poppies glow between the crosses row on row that mark our place.

Take up our quarrel with the foe. To you from falling hands we throw the torch. Be yours to hold it high.
