We are on Maui for the second day and we want to see what we can find to do other than the beaches since we don't think we can top what we did yesterday! And our car was still in the parking lot when we got back to it, yay!! First up for the day is the Maui Ocean Center which is one of the top 10 aquariums in the WORLD! Yeah, the world! It was amazing and the best part was seeing the fishes that we swam with yesterday and finding out their names and more about the wildlife under the sea. All of the fish... and sharks... here are local to the Hawaiian Islands. Then we are ready for lunch and drive over to Front Street in Lahaina for a yummy lunch overlooking the ocean at Cheeseburger in Paradise... so good! While in the area we decide to walk around Front Street and maybe do a little shopping. There are some amazing artist's galleries here and we were very tempted to buy a piece of art depicting our visit to Hawaii... but our pocketbooks won out here. So instead we enjoyed a Dole Whip while walking through Banyan Tree Park and seeing the largest tree on Maui.
