Welcome to St Croix, US Virgin Islands! See what we did at this Caribbean cruise port, which included shopping, visiting the historic Fort Frederik, and then the perusing Frederiksted beach. We even saw some sea turtles right at the pier. Fort Frederik, aka Frederiksfort, was right off of the long cruise pier to the left. The museum provided a fascinating history of Denmark's colonial rule of St Croix and the eventual sale of the island to the United States. There were even some funky moko jumbie costumes inside. Then we checked out Frederiksted Beach, which is right next Fort Frederik to the North. There were no lockers, but bathrooms were available, and chair with umbrella were available for rent. These was from our late December 2022 Eastern Caribbean cruise aboard the Celebrity Millennium. #stcroix #usvi #caribbeancruise
