Standing Polar Bear | Arctic | Lindblad Expeditions

#MarksMoments: This was my first time witnessing a polar bear so close to our ship, the National Geographic Explorer. The polar bear walked up and circled the ship, inspecting the unfamiliar object. Our hearts raced as we watched from the safety of the bow, and suddenly the bear stood tall on its hind legs. Its snout twitched as it caught our scent.
