It is day 4 on the Sun Princess for its first sailing out of Fort Lauderdale, and we are in San Juan Puerto Rico! Come along with us as we venture off the ship and explore the San Juan National Historic Site. There is lots to see here and we barely scratched the surface, but would highly recommend this as an easy and affordable option while in port. After heading back to the ship we had a cocktail in Bellinis, dinner in the Eclipse dining room (no reservation) and attended Viva La Musica. I have previously discussed in my "What I Hate About The Sun Princess" (https://youtu.be/FWY5Q3qRaFo) video that I did not find this production show to be on-par with my expectations for Princess. I am not sure if this was the cast's first time performing (there was a major entertainment crew turnover that same day) or what explains this, but with the exception of the fabulous guest performer couple I was shocked at this being on the biggest, best and newest Princess ship. I am particularly not a fan of the screen in the background being used to make you think more people are on stage than really are. After Karaoke and a mishap with ordering room service through the app, we called it a night. See you tomorrow for snorkeling in St. Thomas!
