The 'BATH SPA EXPRESS' with No.70000 "Britannia" - 28/09/2011

The fifth and penultimate run of the 'Torbay Express Litd.'s 'Bath Spa Express' excursions from Poole to Bath and Bristol on Wednesday 28th September 2011. BR 'Britannia'-class 4-6-2 No.70000 "Britannia" was back in charge of this run and to be in charge of the one the following week. The train is seen here pausing to collect passengers at Southampton Central before departing for Bristol on the outward run. Later, as the light fades out, the 'Brit' races through Totton with the return leg to Poole.
