Today we explore some of the best foods onboard Explora 1, a luxury cruise ship with some amazing dishes! Note: Thinking back to the cruise as I edit this video, it truly was delicious and gourmet. Everything from the cuts of meat to the variety of options were top class. I can’t wait to sail them again! Pretty much everything is included except some chef’s table dining options. The ship is small, with a 461 cabins and the vast majority will be double occupancy, with some singles and some triples or even quadruple occupancy. They are purposely trying to keep the guest count low, so, for example, this sailing has about 800 guests. This cruise is sailing from Miami to St Thomas, St Barts, Guadaloupe, and St Martin, ending in Puerto Rico.
