Creator's Key Takeaways
I have had such a problem redeeming these discounts that they they obviously have in in the system because they're printing off something to put in our cabin advertising them to us when we get on board but then when you go to the venues and try to redeem them it is such a struggle
it's an absolute hassle it's not worth the discount
I almost fainted when the guy asked me that because it's been so difficult to get anyone to acknowledge that exists up until he told me that it was showing to him as available
we're talking literally pennies pennies why are you even listing that as a benefit

I have always had issues redeeming the discounts that Royal Caribbean claims are perks of achieving loyalty status through their Crown & Anchor program, but when I went to Guest Services to clarify this one it was even more absurd than I initially thought. Why are they even offering this or promoting it as a benefit? Once you have reached Pinnacle in their loyalty program, you are blessed with the privilege of 25% off of ONE beverage during your cruise? Since I am only Platinum, I get 10% off of one beverage. It is so ridiculous that it's funny, in my opinion.
