The 'DARTMOUTH EXPRESS' with No.70000 "Britannia" - 15/05/2015

The Railway Touring Company's 'DARTMOUTH EXPRESS' from Slough to Kingswear and return took place on Friday 15th May 2015. This was a rescheduled date from the originally planned Saturday 18th April. The motive power was BR 'Britannia'-class 4-6-2 No.70000 "Britannia" which worked the train from Westbury to Kingswear and return. A diesel worked the train between Slough and Westbury. In this video, we see the excursion at the following locations... - Outward run: Taunton, Tiverton Parkway & Exeter St Davids. - Return run: Torre (with the annoying inclusion of a FGW 150) & Tiverton Parkway. During the layover, we see GWR 5205-class 2-8-0T No.5239 "Goliath" climbing away from Goodrington Sands with a Dartmouth Steam Railway service from Paington to Kingswear.
