Unlike my other videos that feature the ship and let you enjoy the experience of being at sea without interruption, theCruiseView is a guided tour of the daily happenings during the cruise. This sailing features a return to the class that started it all with another Quantum Class ship and another inaugural, with her 11 night sailing to the Alaska. Over the course of these 11 episodes you will get to see in detail every cruise compass, every main dining room menu, and all the happenings onboard during this lengthy voyage. This series will take you into the day to day experience of being onboard the Ovation of the Seas with over 4,000 guests to experience every moment of life at sea and every festivity along the way. On today's episode we're the Ovation of the Seas has the first of it's sailing port visits with a stop at Hubbard Glacier. Starting out cold and rainy the historic one time visit quickly improved into a beautiful blue skied day. After that morning of sight seeing onboard the afternoon then took on a sea day feel. In the evening music took over with a performance by Elisa Furr covering Celine Dion songs. To go along with the natural beauty of Hubbard Glacier I sat down with the Environmental Officer Yoko to learn what's being done to preserve these beautiful locations.
